The FDA is warning people about delta-8 THC, but why?

- Please fill out a digital Voluntary MedWatch application or call to obtain one; after completing the form, send it back to the specified address or fax it to 1-800-FDA-0178.
- Send the FDA a completed hardcopy Voluntary MedWatch application by mail.
- Simply download & submit Form FDA 1932a to the FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine to report adverse animal occurrences.
Consumers should be informed that the FDA has not examined or authorized products containing delta-8 THC for therapeutic use in any situation. They should be kept out of the access of young children and dogs since they may be sold in ways that endanger the public’s health.
